I agree with these rankings only partially not and fully.
Infact, I don't think anyone has yet been able to create a list which is agreed on by everyone.

The Best Websites of 2008 by TIME magazine

TIME magazine has released a list of 50 websites that they say are the best and most useful sites of 2008.

I don't agree with these rankings at all as they didn't include many technology websites of India.

You must have heard (via news) that many celebs like AB, Lalu,Aamir Khan etc. have started blogging but couldn't find their blog addresses?

My visiting or reading experience on their blogs have both positive and negative effects. On the one hand I was surprised to find them as very very good writers. At the same time - I didn’t like the personal punk they had against their fellow colleagues.
